  • First you will wash your meat unless it is ground. Then lightly coat with olive oil(we use a spray). Then pour a small amount of batter/meal into a ziplock or brown paper bag and shake each piece in the batter until lightly coated. Place into air fryer in a single layer and cook. Turn once midway through cooking and enjoy.
