Lemon Pepper

Lemon Pepper Seasoning is our version of fresh lemons lightly peppered. The lemon flavor is so fresh it tastes like we took the whole bag of lemons and shoved them directly into the bottle. This flavor addiction pairs well with poultry and seafood.

Lemon Pepper Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

- Olive oil for brushing

- Hawkeye Lemon Pepper Seasoning

- Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil and generously apply Lemon Pepper Seasoning on all sides.
3. Place salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 6-7 minutes. Flip carefully and grill for another 3-4 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.
